The Banke Story

Roberto created his unique ability to grow a practice out of sheer necessity—he and his wife opened Rosy Dental in Orange County, California, with no money and not a single patient of record. By going door to door to initiate relationships with his community, Roberto started generating referrals.

Then, by training and motivating his staff to take just as much initiative as he did, Roberto found that he didn’t need to be in the office every day. He could spend more time pursuing other interests and goals that he didn’t have time for previously. He has now funneled his experience building Rosy Dental into Banke Global so he can share his success with other dentists, thus enabling them to achieve more goals within and outside their practices.
